Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on open products, services or packages. We do not offer discounts on previously purchased products/services during a promotion or sale. Visit our FAQ page for additional information on refunds or transfer of services.

No-Shows / Cancellations: Your treatment time is reserved especially for you. We are thankful you chose us, know that we value your business and ask that you respect our staff and scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, no problem! Please notify us at least 24-hours in advance. No-shows and cancellations with less than 24-hour’s notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the service. 45/75/90-minute Full Body Laser Hair Removal treatment times are subject to a cancellation/no-show fee amounting to $45/$75/$90 or the cost of the service if booking single sessions.

Consultation Appointments (laser hair removal/electrolysis/Tri-Lipo/skin analysis): Our consultations are always complimentary (FREE). No-shows and cancellations with less than 24-hour’s notice are subject to a $15 cancellation fee. You will NOT be charged if you attend your appointment and decide not to make a purchase.
