BE CAREFUL OF FALSE CLAIMS. Although most hair is gone in 3 treatments, it’s just not possible for all the hair to be gone forever in that timeframe, regardless of the laser machine being used. Depending on your hormones, you may require the occasional spot-touch-up every so many years in some areas. If anyone tells you different, run. Don’t walk…run!
You may have quicker results if you have had previous laser hair removal treatments or have super fine, low-dense hair.
The number of treatments desired will depend on:
- the desired degree of hair reduction (as the number of hair declines, some people become very enthusiastic and want even less hair than they had originally planned on)
- hair colour (people with naturally light coloured hair sometimes need more treatments)
- ethnic and genetic background (people with dark skin sometimes need more treatments)
- hormonal status
- area being treated
- hair density
- weight (obesity can increase hair growth)
- medication (for example medicines like Dilantin and cyclosporine can increase hair growth)

24 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
Kindly understand you will be charged 50% of each service if you cancel your appointment without the minimum notice.
Kindly plan to arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your service, allowing plenty of time for a leisurely check-in. Being late may result in a shortened appointment as other guests may be scheduled after you.
We are an adult orientated spa, offering a tranquil atmosphere and as such, we do not have supervised spaces that are appropriate for children under the age of 13.

Booking two to three weeks in advance is recommended to secure your best choice of appointment dates and times. However, you are always welcome to visit our easy-to-use online booking app, Varagro for a last minute time slot.
Due to COVID, we are not offering walk-ins. You are welcome to call the spa from outside to see if we have an opening. If we are not with a guest, you are welcome to come in.
Gift cards are available for purchase in $25 increments. Gift cards do not include gratuities and may not be used for this purpose.

Yes. We are up to code on accessibility standards including a fully accessible washroom and parking directly beside our front door.
One day prior to your appointment, please shave the treatment area. DO NOT pluck, tweeze or wax between laser appointments as doing so will lessen the affect of the laser treatment.
Four weeks before treatment do not: Expose treatment area to the sun (tanning beds or natural sun); apply self-tanner to the area; or wax, tweeze/bleach/electrolysis the area.
Two weeks before treatment no: Dermal-filler or botox.

Immediately following your treatment, and for two weeks after your session, you should avoid unprotected sun exposure. If you have to go out into the sun, then you will need to apply sunscreen with Zinc, 20 SPF, or higher. Guests obtaining laser hair removal treatments need to refrain from waxing and/or tweezing as a hair removal option. While receiving laser treatments, please shave to remove remaining hair in between laser sessions.
Missing an appointment does not mean starting over.
Lasers create a beam of highly concentrated light that penetrates deep into the skin where it delivers a controlled amount of therapeutic heat that is absorbed by the pigment located in the hair follicles. The laser is only effective when the hair follicle is in its active growth phase. The laser pulses for a fraction of a second, just long enough to destroy numerous follicles at a time and leaves the surrounding skin unaffected. Once these follicles are destroyed, the hair should not regrow even if you miss your next treatment session.
This may happen due to your hair growth cycle, but it’s no problem!
An additional “touch up” treatment on a small troublesome spot can be arranged between treatments, no questions asked. There is no safety limit on the number of treatments a person can have.
You are welcome to shave any face or body part between appointments, but please do not wax or pluck.
Won’t shaving make my hair grow back thicker? No that’s a myth. Shaving hair does not change its thickness, colour or rate of growth. Shaving facial or body hair gives the hair a blunt tip. The tip might feel coarse or “stubbly” for a time as it grows out. During this phase, the hair might be more noticeable and perhaps appear darker or thicker — but it’s not.
Waxing is best when hair growth is about 1/2 cm long.

Brow waxing comes with a complimentary fill using a brow extender, trio brow blend and/or brow defining pencil.

2. No laser, waxing or shaving 48 hrs before/after.
3. Avoid sun 48 hrs before/after.
4. Come bare-faced with cleansed skin, if possible.
5. Do not exfoliate for 48 hrs after.
What happens if you can’t cleanse before seeing us? No worries, we’ve got you covered. All facials come with a face cleanse and tone prior to the treatment.
Our licensed estheticians will welcome you into our spa and take time to consult with you about your skin concerns. They will ask questions about your skincare regime, products, diet and water intake.
Our esthetician will then take you into one of our spa rooms that has been specially prepped for you with dimmed lights, lightly scented natural candles, calming music and a relaxing fireplace. You will then be left alone for a few minutes to get under the freshly washed blankets and to make yourself comfortable.
Upon return, our esthetician will wrap your hair with a headband and cleanse your skin. Depending on which facial you are receiving, your skin (face, neck, décolleté) could be steamed, exfoliated, massaged and masked. During the facial or mask application, you will receive a hand and/or arm massage with a warm towel application.
The final step includes an application of toner, serum, moisturizer, thermal concentrate water and sunscreen (daytime).

The durability of microblading is dependant on many factors including:
1. The skin – If you have very oily skin or sweat excessively , the pigment may get pushed out of the Epidermis faster than a dry skin.
2. External factors – sunlight exposure, chemical peels, laser treatments, creams can also affect the durability of pigment significantly.
Procedure takes approximately 2 hours to complete. Healing process takes between 25-30 days.
Touch-up appointments may be recommended after 45 days and can take approximately 45 minutes.
Consequently, many people feel the permanent eyeliner procedure causes some discomfort, but often not anywhere near the pain the person was anticipating.
Permanent lip work is more painful than the eyes, but we are told over and over again, the results are well worth it.
Scalp Micropigmentation treatment typically lasts 4-6 years. After that time, a guest may experience some slight fading, to which they can come back in for a quick touch up.
Most guests can expect between 2-4 sessions to complete their treatment depending on the extent of hair loss or scarring. These treatments are usually spaced about 10-20 days apart.

With artistic experience on how to fit a hairline to head shape and age, she can assist in recommending what’s best. Over the course of your sessions you can also tweak and adjust the hairline for a perfect result.
No. Scalp micropigmentation is a form of permanent cosmetics, but unlike tattoo ink, the scalp micro-pigment is designed to fall within the same colour spectrum of short cut hair. The pigment contains no additional colorants or additives and will only lighten, not discolor over an extended time.
Scalp micropigmentation also utilizes different equipment than traditional tattooing, ensuring the needle and machine are designed specifically for micropigmentation of the scalp.
